These Terms of Sale apply to purchases made through https://rovessa.store.

Rovessa is operated as a sole-trader business.

Rovessa is not currently registered for UK VAT.

2. PRODUCTS

Rovessa sells weighted plush companions, weighted comfort pillows and related comfort products.

We aim to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, dimensions, weights, colours and specifications are accurate.

Small differences in colour or appearance may occur because of screen settings, manufacturing variation or the materials used.

3. PRODUCT SAFETY

Customers must read and follow all safety, age, care, heating, cooling and usage instructions supplied with the individual product.

Not every Rovessa product is suitable for heating, cooling or use by children.

Only microwave or freeze a product if that specific product is expressly labelled for that use and appropriate instructions have been supplied.

4. PRICES

All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP).

Rovessa is not currently registered for UK VAT.

The applicable product price and delivery cost are shown before you place your order.

Standard UK delivery is £4.99 per order unless another price is clearly displayed before purchase.

5. PAYMENT

Payment is taken securely through the payment methods displayed during Shopify checkout.

Card payments are processed through Stripe or the relevant payment service shown at checkout.

Rovessa does not intentionally store your complete payment-card number or security code.

6. ORDERS

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase the products in your basket.

You will receive an electronic order acknowledgement after checkout.

Our acceptance of your order takes place when we confirm dispatch or otherwise expressly confirm acceptance.

If we cannot accept or fulfil an order, we will contact you and refund any payment taken for the unavailable item.

7. AVAILABILITY

Product availability shown on the website is based on our current inventory information.

Occasionally an inventory error may occur.

If a product becomes unavailable after payment, we will contact you and provide a refund or another option with your agreement.

8. DELIVERY

We currently deliver within the United Kingdom.

Normal processing time is 1 business day.

Normal delivery time after dispatch is approximately 3–5 business days.

9. OWNERSHIP AND RISK

Responsibility for the goods passes in accordance with applicable consumer law.

Where Rovessa arranges delivery to a consumer, the goods remain our responsibility during delivery to the extent required by law.

10. CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS

Rovessa provides a 30-day return period for eligible products.

Customers may also have statutory cancellation rights for online purchases.

11. EXCHANGES

Eligible products may be exchanged for another product of the same value, subject to availability.

Please contact support@rovessa.store before returning an item for exchange.

12. FAULTY GOODS

Customers have statutory rights where goods are faulty, damaged, not as described or otherwise fail to meet applicable legal requirements.

Nothing in these Terms limits those rights.

13. PROMOTIONAL OFFERS

Any discount, promotion or promotional code is subject to the conditions displayed with that promotion.

We may withdraw or change a promotion before an order is placed.

A change will not retrospectively increase the price of an order already accepted.

14. WEBSITE INFORMATION

We make reasonable efforts to keep product, pricing and availability information accurate.

If an obvious pricing or technical error occurs, we may contact you before accepting the order.

We will never increase the price of an order without informing you and obtaining any agreement required by law.

15. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Rovessa name, branding, website design, original written content and other intellectual property belong to Rovessa or are used under appropriate rights or permissions.

They may not be reproduced commercially without permission.

16. LIABILITY

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

This includes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable, or statutory consumer rights.

We are not responsible for losses that could not reasonably have been foreseen when the contract was made, subject to applicable law.

17. EVENTS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL

We are not responsible for unavoidable delays caused by events outside our reasonable control.

Where such an event materially affects an order, we will provide information and any remedy required by applicable consumer law.

We will investigate complaints reasonably and fairly.

19. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Customers retain any mandatory consumer protections that apply to them.
